What is the Scribere Programme?

Scribere Programme is a one of its kind, 10-week programme that helps law, policy and economics enthusiasts to delve deeper into the intersection of digital markets, growing technology, competition law and policy! The programme specially focuses on critical analysis and meaningful writing with the help of:

  • Live seminars on the weekend,  

  • Targeted one-on-one coaching with a small cohort, and

  • Thought-provoking interactions with industry thought leaders. 

  • Using design thinking as a framework for evaluating policy

  • Mentorship on writing Op-Ed’s and research papers

What is the aim of the Scribere Programme?

Our purpose is to teach young adults how to investigate, analyze, critique, and articulate complex regulatory and policy issues. We want to train a new generation of informed and talented people who can shape the regulatory landscape and drive constructive change in places that need it most. We are of the opinion that a curious mind would help one to critically analyse Tech Policy and continue to grow in this ever evolving field of Tech Law and Policy.

Who is eligible for the Scribere Programme?

Those with an interest in economic laws and policies, in research and articulating better, gaining practical insights and questioning the status quo.

Which subject matters do we cover under the Scribere programme?

Technology Laws / Regulations and Policies, Global Competition Laws, Intellectual Property Law and their interplay with Economics. 

What do you gain?

How to apply?

Write a 500 – 800 word writing sample or make a video on any topic related to:

  • Technology law

  • Competition law

  • Economics and/ or

  • Public policy.

What is Thinkers Hub?

The Thinkers Hub is a collaborative platform which showcases the work of various stakeholders, including the formidable work done by one of our founders, Anupam Sanghi in Competition and regulatory matters in the TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology ) sector. The insights come from her practical experience, application of law and policy, academic learnings, research and professional experience. Over the years, she has developed skills to find new strategies that help in coming up with new solutions. 

What does the Thinkers Hub cover?

The Thinkers Hub can cover a lot of things, but for the time being, it covers – 

  • Key concepts of Competition Law

  • Evolution of Technology law

  • Case analysis of decisions by Regulatory authorities like CCI /TRAI 

  • Interplay of Competition law with IP and other laws.
